Ongoing Support to Quickly Resolve Faults

Customers on a support package automatically have their equipment enrolled onto our monitoring platform.  It collects telemetry data (information about how well it is working) to allow us to quickly diagnose faults and arrange corrective actions. 

To be clear, we respect your privacy 100% it can only collect telemetry data and not the actual information flowing over your network!

Customers that have their equipment monitored tend to get faults fixed in approximately 1/3 to 1/2 the time compared to those not monitored.

Our monitoring system is now the cornerstone of our business.  It makes things better for our customers and it makes our life easier.
